thanks givings...

~ that my hubby likes to eat out...frequently. Hmmm, wonder what that says about my cooking?

~ for the scent of freshly mowed grass, especially when I did the mowing.

~ for a tall glass of iced tea on a hot day. OK, maybe several glasses.

~ for a glimpse of deer grazing in the park during an evening walk.

~ for the first hint of crispness in the air. Mmm. That means we're sliding into my favorite time of the year ~ Fall->Winter->Spring. A recent NC transplant after living in FL most of my life, I LOVE the changing seasons!

What about you?

I'm thankful to meet you! Thanks for visiting my blog. And I love NC, as well. It's my second favorite state.

I'm thankful for life. We so take it for granted. I'm thankful to the God who gave me life; for my Husband, my Children, my extended family, and my church family.

I'm thankful for God's beautiful creation. I witness it every morning on my walk.

The list could go on and on!

Blessings!

Hi Britt. It's a pleasure to meet you as well. I'm guessing TN is your favorite state? We visit the Gatlinburg area frequently and love it! Thanks for stopping by.

Hey Judy. You're sooo right. Even our next breath is a gift from God. I hope to continue with a "thanks givings" praise post every week. Hope you enjoy! Thanks for stopping by today.

Hey Dana. I'm with you! Here I thought fall was almost here and temps edge back up to the 90's. Bleh! Thanks for visiting.

Susan, children's laughter is soooo much sweeter than bickering and whining, isn't it? Thanks so much for the Liebster Award! What a surprise! I appreciate you, your encouragement, and your devotion to the Lord. Wish we lived closer so we could hang out together! Thanks so much, Susan! I'll post it on Tuesday.
